The draw for the 2026 MCU Cup competitions took place yesterday evening with some tasty affairs lined up for each club. Having entered all three competitions, LCC learned their faith in the Senior, Junior and Minor Cups.
Our 1st XI will lock horns once again with Cork County in a rematch from last year's semi-final, with this year's draw giving Limerick home advantage. Our 2nd XI will also have home advantage in the Junior Cup first round against Clare CC. In the Minor Cup, our 3rd XI have been drawn away to Nenagh in their opening round tie, where they would face the winners of Midleton and Clare in the quarter finals, if they advance.
